Ride Guidelines:
- The ride leader is responsible for keeping the group together and on average speed.
- Average speeds vary depending on terrain, weather, distance and time of year, but should fall within averages stated for a designated ride.
- Bicycles should be in good working condition.
- All riders are required to wear a helmet.
- Wearing of headsets for music is discouraged due to inability to hear traffic and communicate with other riders.

For the experienced group cyclist, generally longer and more hills. Regroup when necessary. |

25-45 miles with steeper hills |
Riders should be capable of maintaining a steady pace and staying with the group. Few stops, if any. |

17-19 mph |
up to 50 miles |
Pace will slow a bit uphill, but riders are expected to stay with the group. Few stops, if any. |
| Competitive |
